We don't blame you if you are asking the question that is in the title of this post. As a general rule of thumb, a brand name that is hard to pronounce can cause any consumer to have a little bit of caution before they jump in and give the brand their hard earned money. It would not be unfair to say that the reason people are asking this question is because of Snpurdiri's 60% compact gaming keyboard. It's a really cool looking product and it's only $19.99. Naturally people want to make sure that this product that supposedly is really good is not too good to be true.
Now obviously you can't 100% tell the strength of a brand by the Amazon listing alone. What you can do is make sure that the feedback that is happening is accurate and correct. If it is you can then make an inference or two about the brand. The keyboard has a 4.3 star score on over 5,000 ratings. 4.3 is not bad, these days any brand worth its salt would need a star score of at least 4 or higher to be even taken seriously. 4.5 or higher would be ideal. 4.3 is a good score. Probably right at the border before you start to make customers second guess a purchase for a different brand.
Of course ratings on Amazon can be faked. So it would also not be unfair to wonder if the ratings were astroturfed. That's where our friends at reviewmeta.com come into play. Aside from a couple of cautions, the listing passes nearly every other standard that RM looks at.
So what does it all mean. Are they a good brand? Well if we take the amount of feedback on Amazon as a barometer it would be safe to say that they must be solid on some level to garner that much positive feedback. If they were a bad brand, the score would either be way worse or the RM analysis would show a large amount of inorganic feedback. As usual you should always do your own research. That said if you are looking for a quick short cut, we think based on the Amazon data that the brand is at the very least solid of not good.
