Ok so you need some bands to help with your strength, flexibility, and recovering from injury. A popular brand out there on Amazon is one called TheraBand. Let's run our usual quick analysis to see how good of a brand they are. Let's go to the selection of listings for samples.
First listing we chose is the TheraBand resistance band set. Currently on Amazon for $15.99 and they have a 4.6 star score on over 23,000 ratings.
The second listing we chose is the flex bar. Two of the types are over $20 while two others are below it. We chose the light option which is currently on Amazon for $16.15 and it has a 4.7 star score on over 18,000 ratings.
The flex bar listing passed Review Meta with flying colors. The resistance band set however had one slight issue. RM did pick up that around 20% of the ratings seemed suspect. Unfortunately it also impacted the overall score lowering it from 4.6 to 4.4. That being said it's still a decent score. We checked a few other listings on RM as well to get some more data and we saw a similar pattern. On one listing the feedback score stayed the same and passed RM analysis. On another the score moved down by one point from 4.7 to 4.6. Based on this data we feel safe in thinking that overall the ratings and scores on the brands listings are solid.
We then decided to take a deeper dive into the feedback. On the flex bar we see positive traits across the board. It hits on quality, performance, pain relief, and durability. The band kit on the other hand does have some neutral responses. They have positive marks on quality, value, and resistance. They score neutral though on durability, fit, and smell.
Based on what we are seeing the best way we can put it is like this. The brand overall does look to be a solid to good brand. That said, their flex bar product is for sure a good product. If you aren't sold on the brand overall, you can at least be confident in the flex bar. That for sure appears to be their flagship product and their brand can probably ride that all the way to the bank.
